Scope of work
Every engagement is governed by a written scope that lists deliverables, exclusions, the dependencies we need from you, milestones and price. Work begins once you approve it.
Changes
If the scope changes we write up the change, price it, and wait for your approval before acting on it. Nothing appears on an invoice that you have not seen in advance.
Payment
Fixed-scope projects are invoiced 40% on signing and the balance on handover. Retainers are invoiced at the start of each month, with a two-month minimum and 30 days notice either way after that. Invoices are due within fourteen days.
Ownership
On final payment you own the source code, layered design files, credentials and documentation produced for you. We keep the right to describe the work publicly unless the scope says otherwise.
Confidentiality
We treat your data, systems and financial records as confidential and will sign your NDA on request.
Liability
Our liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Financial services
Accounting, tax, audit and incorporation services are provided for Pakistani entities and depend on you supplying complete and accurate records on time. Filing deadlines missed because records arrived late are not our responsibility.
